Resolved by the House
of Representatives (the Senate concurring), that Congress hereby-
'Assures the members of the Armed
Forces serving anywhere in the world that their well-being and interest
will at all times
be
given the highest priority.’
Joseph, precious God Son,
you attained dignity and purpose in your short life;
we remember and love you.
We will never forget your love for America,
nor your sacrifice. We will always remember.
The Peoples Promise has held steadfast and true.
We resolve to ensure the Mighty Promise to our Military
remains as the "Highest Priority" in the halls of the
US Congress.
